适合在没有网络的情况下手动安装 Docker，Linux 系统应该都是通用的。
获取包
访问 https://download.docker.com/linux/static/stable/x86_64/ ，这里有可用的二进制安装压缩包。
解压
以 20.10.24 版本为例
